Kauaian Kaiseki

During the last two years, we have been blessed with the opportunity to share our vision of time and place on this sacred ʻāina through our Kauaian Kaiseki experience. Now, we are pausing to reflect on lessons learned and reconceptualize our offering. We have not set a reopening date but anticipate sharing an update before the summer. With gratitude for the support of our community, partners, and guests, we look forward to welcoming you back to 'Āina Kaua'i.

Our menu is curated with the freshest ingredients from local farms.

We combine our reverence for Kaua‘i and admiration for Nihon-ryōri to create meals that reflect the essence of Kaua‘i through Japanese style.

Our commitment to locally produced ingredients begins on Ai Farm in the moist and cool hills of Kapahi where we grow herbs and vegetables used in the kitchen. We are grateful to partner with passionate farmers on Kaua‘i to offer the freshest ingredients. Our dishes highlight produce grown on Kaua‘i and our seafood is sourced from Hawaiian waters.
