'Āina Kaua'i is currently closed. We are working on a new concept and plan to re-open this summer.

Are reservations required?

For lunch, reservations are not required.

For dinner, we offer limited seatings. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

How can I make a reservation for 5 or more guests?

To mitigate the impact of no-shows and last minute cancellations, we require pre-payment and dietary restriction clearance for groups of 5 or more guests.

What is the best way to ask a question during operating hours?

For questions that require a same-day response, please send a text to 808 698 6449. Please note that we are focused on guest service during operating hours and cannot respond to calls or texts on an immediate basis. We will do our best to reply to text messages as quickly as we’re able to.

What dietary restrictions can 'Āina Kaua'i accommodate?

Please review our dietary restrictions page for information about common dietary restrictions that can and cannot be accommodated.

Permissible dietary restrictions must be disclosed and approved before booking. We cannot accept dietary restrictions that require menu or recipe modifications given at time of service, however guests are welcome to order items from the menu that align with their restrictions and preferences.

How can I book a Private Dining experience?

Do you offer delivery?

At this time, we do not offer delivery. However, we accept online orders for pick-up.

What are your cancellation, refund, late arrival, and no-show policies?

For reservations with 5 or more guests, the cancellation, refund, late arrival, and no-show policies are clearly articulated in the booking agreement. Please review your signed booking agreement for information about these policies. If you’re considering making a reservation for a party of 5 or more guests, you may email eat@ainakauai.com to request a copy of our booking agreement.

For reservations with 4 or fewer guests, the cancellation, refund, late arrival, and no-show policies are explained in the Open Table booking flow. If you are considering making a reservation for a party of 4 or fewer guests and need assistance understanding these policies, you may email eat@ainakauai.com to request clarification before booking.

Since these policies may change from time to time, we direct guests to the booking agreement or Open Table booking flow, as appropriate, for the most current policies.

For guests who do not wish to comply with our cancellation, refund, late arrival, and no-show policies, we suggest joining for lunch. No reservations are required for lunch. We can also accommodate walk-in guests for dinner on a space available basis.

Will you waive your cancellation, refund, late arrival, or no-show policies if I have a “reason” for requesting or demanding the waiver?

No, we will not waive our policies based on the “reason” for requesting or demanding the waiver.

Do you have a children’s menu?

We do not offer a children’s menu. Children are welcome to order from our existing menu.
