What dietary restrictions can 'Āina Kaua'i accommodate?
Please review our dietary restrictions page for information about common dietary restrictions that can and cannot be accommodated.
Permissible dietary restrictions must be disclosed and approved before booking. We cannot accept dietary restrictions that require menu or recipe modifications given at time of service.

We do not offer delivery or take out.
What are your cancellation, refund, late arrival, and no-show policies?
Prepaid dinner reservations cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded for any reason.
Guests are required to arrive before the reserved time. Dinner service begins at the reserved time and all guests are served the same courses at the same time, beginning at the reserved time.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
Will you waive your cancellation, refund, late arrival, or no-show policies if I have a “reason” for requesting or demanding the waiver?
No, we will not waive our policies based on the “reason” for requesting or demanding the waiver.
Can I cancel and refund one guest from a larger party?
No, there are no changes, refunds, or cancellations permitted. If one or more members of a party cannot attend the dinner, there will be no refunds.
Are drinks free?
No. There is a charge for each drink ordered.
Can I walk in without a reservation?
No. Reservations are required.
Do you have a children’s menu?
We do not offer a children’s menu.
Can I dine with an infant?
We’re delighted to welcome families, and we understand how special it is to share a meal with loved ones. Given our intimate setting, we do our best to ensure a quiet dining experience for everyone. Infants are welcome as long as they’re comfortable in the environment and quiet. If that sounds like a fit, we’d be happy to host you and your family!
Can I dine with a pet?
In consideration for the experience of all guests, pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
What is the schedule?
Craft cocktails are served from 5:30pm to 5:45pm. Dinner begins promptly at 6:00pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive before 6:00pm to allow time for ordering drinks before food service commences. The final course is typically served around 8:00pm and dinner service typically concludes around 8:30pm. Guests with time constraints (i.e. babysitter, same day flights) should plan to leave the restaurant no earlier than 9:00pm. The duration of dinner service may be longer in case of unforeseen circumstances.
What if I arrive late?
Dinner service begins at 6:00pm. Late arrivals may join the current course and may need to forgo missed courses. We do not have resources to participate in phone calls to discuss late arrivals during service. Guests who arrive after 6:00pm should expect delays for drink service.
What are the seating options?
Seating is chosen by guests upon arrival. Guests with specific seating preferences are encouraged to arrive early.
